Evidence Synthesis Mentorship Program

About the program

ESMP helps participants develop the practical knowledge and methodological discipline needed to undertake evidence synthesis research.

Program purpose

Learning evidence synthesis through practice

The program focuses on systematic review and meta-analysis, helping participants understand how a review question is developed, evidence is identified and appraised, findings are synthesized, and a research manuscript is prepared.

Mentorship approach

Structured, practical, and project-oriented

ESMP is organized as an eight-week mentorship program with defined stages and individualized guidance. Participants work through a practical evidence synthesis project, applying the methods they learn to decisions and tasks encountered in real research work.
